
I am Rebecca Cope, Pharm.D. I am honored to be the Chief Resident in the PGY-1 Pharmacotherapy Program at The Brooklyn Hospital Center. I moved to Brooklyn after graduating from Albany College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences in upstate NY. I was raised in a small town about an hour outside of Albany.
I really enjoy reading, yoga, traveling, and good food. I am always up for exploring new places and consider myself a life-long learner. What I love most about NYC is the ease of access to healthy food and the abundance of live music. I am very happy to have this amazing opportunity to be a resident in Pharmacotherapy !

I am Temilola Akobi, Pharm.D (aka "Lola"). I am a Resident in the PGY-1 Pharmacotherapy Program at The Brooklyn Hospital Center. I am a graduate of St. Johns University in Queens, NY. I have been living in New York practically all my life and consider Brooklyn my home.
I enjoy going to the movies, writing poetry, watching plays, praise dancing, surrounding myself with great friends and fostering new friendships. I am truly humbled and honored to be part of The Brooklyn Hospital Center family.

I am originally from California and received my bachelor’s degree in Physiological Science at the University of California, Los Angeles.

I am James Nunez, Pharm.D. I am a Resident in the PGY-1 Pharmacotherapy Program at The Brooklyn Hospital Center. I am a graduate of Nova Southeastern University College of Pharmacy in West Palm Beach, Florida.
I am originally from Connecticut and I received my Bachelors degree in Biochemistry from Hofstra University in Long Island, NY.
I enjoy listening to many types of music, playing sports, and outdoor activities. I also enjoy exploring and learning about different cultures.

I am Jennifer Yam, Pharm.D. I am a Resident in the PGY-1 Pharmacotherapy Program at The Brooklyn Hospital Center. I received my Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Touro College of Pharmacy-New York.
I am originally from Hawaii and pursued my undergraduate studies at the University of Hawaii.
My favorite pastimes back home include spending time with my family, playing the piano, and scenic hikes around the island. I am a big city girl at heart and enjoy my time here very much. Back in the city, I love dining out and watching musicals.

I am Caroline Hopke, Pharm.D. I am a Resident in the PGY-2 Ambulatory Care Pharmacy Resident Program at The Brooklyn Hospital Center. I finished my PGY-1 residency at Kingsbrook Jewish Medical Center.
I am originally from Merrick NY, the south shore of Long Island, but spent the last 9 years of my life in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. I went to UNC Chapel Hill for undergrad, where I studied Biology & Spanish, and in the mean time became a huge college basketball fan! I graduated & then worked for a year as a pharmacy technician at Duke University Medical Center.

I am originally from Long Island, NY, but you may hear some words with a Boston accent as I went to Northeastern University for 6 years. I enjoy cooking, trying new restaurants, meeting new people, and listening to music.

I am Christy Su, Pharm.D. I am a Resident in the PGY-2 Infectious Diseases Pharmacy Resident Program at The Brooklyn Hospital Center. I finished my PGY-1 Pharmacy Residency at The Brooklyn Hospital Center.
I was born in Dallas, Texas, attended The University of Texas at Austin for my undergraduate studies, and graduated from The University of Houston College of Pharmacy in 2012. In my spare time, I enjoy exploring the city, trying new restaurants, taking gym classes, and spending time with family & friends.
