Pharmacy Residency Program (PGY-2) 
Pharmacotherapy 
The Pharmacotherapy Pharmacy Resident (PGY-2) will have significant exposure to adult medicine, intensive care and emergency medicine services.  The following rotations are available:

  •  Medical Intensive Care *
  • Adult Medicine*
  • Emergency Medicine*  
  • Pulmonary Intermediate Care
  • Infectious Diseases
  • Cardiology
  • Pharmacokinetics*
  • Transitions of Care
      *Core Rotations

 Additionally, longitudinal experiences in academia, emergency department staffing, nutrition and toxicology consult services, academia, and the pharmacotherapist in-house, on-call program are integral to the program.

This will require the resident to remain in the hospital for a 24 hours period approximately once every 1-2 weeks.
